BoardTronics' services are designed to satisfy six (6) key service
shortcomings brought to its attention by superintendents nationwide
regarding traditional OEM service channels. They are: 1) excessive
turnaround time and lost and/or misplaced components; 2) comebacks-
control components inoperable upon return to golf course; 3) cosmetics-
returned components were not properly cleaned; 4) no preventative
maintenance being performed; 5) no nationwide competition = no competitive
pricing; 6) far too many components being returned as "un-repairable."
